Monica is a Master Consultant with over 20 years of experience leading communication, learning, and organizational development projects around the world. Her clients range from Fortune 100 companies to world-class universities ranging from XLRI in India to the University of Chicago.

Monica is an industry-recognized thought-leader who has been featured in professional periodicals and quoted in the Chicago Tribune, Boston Globe, and Toronto Star. She is co-author of a “Cultural Detective®: Global Business Ethics” volume as well as a university-level textbook chapter titled “Global Communications” published by McGraw-Hill/Irwin.

Monica earned an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, a BA from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, and participated in a fellowship at the Institute for Future Studies in Stockholm, Sweden. Monica's passion for cross-cultural work was awakened in the late 1990s while living in Eastern Europe (Latvia) as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
